Return & Refund Policy

At Ironfist Sports, we aim to deliver premium custom sportswear in Pakistan with unbeatable quality and precision. Please review our policy carefully — especially regarding custom T-shirt orders, which are non-returnable and non-refundable.

🔒 1. Custom Sportswear Orders

• All customized shirts, teamwear, school & college sports T-shirts, and uniquely designed items are final sale.

• Because these items are produced per your exact design file, we cannot offer returns or refunds once production begins.

🚫 2. Return Eligibility (Local & International)

We accept returns only in limited cases for non-custom items under the following strict conditions:

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items arrived.

• Item does not match the original specifications or website images.

To request a return:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic proof.

• Ship the item back to our Lahore address via a traceable courier at your own expense.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is confirmed faulty.

Requests beyond 7 days of delivery or for change of mind will not be accepted.

🔄 3. Exchanges or Store Credit

If a product is confirmed defective or incorrect:

• We offer an exchange or store credit equivalent to the item’s value (excluding shipping).

• Store credit can be redeemed on future orders for products like sports shorts, gym wear, tracksuits, or hoodies.

• Exchange items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

⏱️ 4. Refund Processing

• Once returned merchandise is received and inspected, we process refunds or issue store credit within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as agreed (e.g. JazzCash, bank transfer, or credit voucher).

⚠️ 5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before production starts.

• Once production is underway based on your custom design or order details, cancellations are not accepted, and no refund will be issued.

✅ 6. Why Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable

• Every custom item is made-to-order with your artwork, name, number, and fabric choices.

• This ensures full custom sportswear personalization but means we cannot resell any returned pieces.
